To Register for St. Bernard Confirmation:

You must be in 9^th –12^th grade in the Fall of 2010.· I will need to have a copy of your Baptism and 1^st Communion Certificates.· If you are not baptized or have not received your 1^st Communion, you will receive education for all these sacraments and receive them at the same time as Confirmation.

· Cost is $85 per year – not including retreats.  This covers a bible, a t-shirt, a planner with all the dates and activities for parents, sponsors & teens, also miscellaneous mailings, newsletters and flyers for activities!  The retreat fee is $185.  There will be opportunities for fundraising!· Just complete the Registration form and submit with a copy of Baptismal Certificate and 1^st Eucharist Certificate  0r email me with the information:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it · Turn in the completed form to the rectory (or find me in the Youth Room) and make a non-refundable deposit of $50 to hold your spot.  The full amount needs to be paid by October 11 or 12 (the beginning of Confirmation) a monthly payment schedule will be set up for your convenience.· Make all checks payable to St. Bernard Youth.

Necesita ensenarme una copia de su certificado de Bautismo y de Primera Comunion.Si usted no esta bautizado o no ha recibido su primera communion, va a recibir instrucciones para recibir estos sacramentos al mismo tiempo que reciba su confirmacion.
